To request restriction of directory information, students must complete Directory Information Withhold/Release Form and send it to the Registrar’s Office via email at registrar@fxua.edu or via fax at (703) 591-7048.

Use of personally identifiable information submitted through the FXUA admission application is restricted by FERPA and is also governed by the FXUA Privacy Policy, available here.
